Job Description

The Administrator role is a broad role that undertakes a wide variety of tasks, assisting a national team of Building Surveyors based in the Cardiff office within a multi-disciplinary office.

+ Creating documents in Word, Excel & PowerPoint with associated up to date branding, reformatting of documents.

+ Proficient in Outlook / Diary Management.

+ Booking Surveyors visits to schools across Wales

+ Assisting with new starter procedures.

+ Ordering PPE and IT equipment

+ Invoicing

+ Arrange business travel/accommodation and car hire through FCM

+ Salesforce to be updated every month for BS team

+ Update all staff CVs and profiles for bids

+ Support arranging internal/external events

+ Provides administrative support to one or more managers within a group, office or business unit including some of or all of the following: prepares or proofs correspondence, forms, spreadsheets, or documents, schedules meetings, makes travel arrangements, and/or maintains inventory of office supplies.

+ Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.

+ Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals and ability to work unsupervised

Qualifications

Experience in any of the following tools and applications would be advantageous but not essential

+ MS Office suite and calendar management

+ Oracle – for timesheets and expenses

+ Smartway – for booking desks and meeting rooms

+ FCM – for booking travel
