Adecco are looking for an organised individual with experience of working within the Administration Sector to work on-site 5 days a week with one of our Clients within Melton Mowbray. This position is ongoing.
The job includes maintaining and drive documentation to include the Training Matrix, Crew Plans, Holiday Rotas, and other duties which support the operational Team Leaders to ensure daily, weekly & monthly operational control of Associates. Ensure compliance is being driven at all levels and escalated in review forum with Team Leaders & Operations Manager.
The job holder will be required to work closely with the Team Leaders and functional leads to ensure the correct level of operational requirements are delivered and recorded accurately, he/she will be delivering day to day administration support and coordination shift based teams, this will require them to build a rapport, respect, and understanding with team members and those associates and contractors they interface with
Job Title- Administrator
Pay rate- Starting at £13.00 per hour
Hours of work- Monday- Friday 0800hrs- 1600hrs
Responsibilities include
- Serve as the first point of contact to Team Leaders to ensure all the relevant information is provided
- Liaise with Team Leaders to ensure the training, crewing plans, holidays and other operational tasks are complete within a mutually beneficial time
- Collate figures and provide weekly & periodic reports in line with the Team Leader requirements
- Ensure all documentation is provided for any training events
- Enter all information onto the training matrix, crewing plans and holiday rota spreadsheets & file accordingly
- Provide Operations Manager with Periodic update on progress across the key metrics
- Periodic meeting agenda, action tracking and location booking.
- Team engagement coordination.
- Team training and away-day organiser.
- Recruitment support.
- White space and overtime drive and visibility.
- Shift Safety Team support.
- Holiday Book creation post shift rota launch.
- Experience working in a highly collaborative team environment
- One or more years administrative experience or equivalent
- Strong work ethic and excellent follow up skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
- Excellent organisational skills and exemplary attention to detail
