Responsibilities:
· Operate machinery and equipment involved in the malting process, such as grain handling systems, germination vessels, kilns, and packaging machines.
· Monitor and adjust temperature, humidity, and airflow to ensure optimal malting conditions.
· Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure product consistency and adherence to quality standards.
· Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery and equipment to ensure smooth operations.
· Follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
· Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and meet deadlines.
What we expect from you
- Good physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy loads.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred but not required.
- Ability to operate machinery and equipment effectively and safely after appropriate training.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work in shifts and overtime as needed.
