Location: Loughton, Epping
Salary: £22,000 - £23,000 + Flexible benefits
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm

This is a role for somebody who is a real self-starter, with a creative flare, keen to learn new skills, and has a passion for Social Media Marketing
As an Administrative and Marketing Assistant you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors alike, face to face or over the telephone. You will be scheduling meetings and assisting the Director with daily tasks, as well as general office duties.
You will be using various Social Media channels to create written, graphic, and video content, assisting in creating promotional materials and also helping to plan promotional events.
Skills required
- Languages: Fluent in Punjabi as you will need to liaise with Punjabi speaking clients
- Have a good level of keyboard skills and Proficient in all Microsoft Office programmes
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Good knowledge of social media platforms, creating contents and able to post on platforms (Linked-In and Instagram)
- Experience working with Mail-chimp would be beneficial
