Job Title: Sales Accounts Administrative Assistant
Salary/Benefits: £23,000
Location: Corby
Contract type: Full Time
Hours per week: Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
Your day to day;
- Process orders via email or phone
- Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
- Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
- Liaise with key stakeholders to ensure timely deliveries
- Maintain and update sales and customer records
- Develop monthly sales reports
- Communicate important feedback from customers internally
- Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations
- Stay up to date with new products and features
- Use accountancy package "SAGE" to create reports, orders / invoicing
- Maintain sales spreadsheets and customer tracking info
- Inbound and outbound sales calls
- Previous experience with Sage Accounting would be an advantage
- AAT qualification or in training
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or in a team
- Creative approach to problem solving
- Great communication skills
- Good knowledge of MS office
- Excellent computer skills
- Can commute to Corby
