Job Title: Sales Accounts Administrative Assistant

Salary/Benefits: £23,000

Location: Corby

Contract type: Full Time

Hours per week: Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm

Your day to day;
  • Process orders via email or phone
  • Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
  • Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
  • Liaise with key stakeholders to ensure timely deliveries
  • Maintain and update sales and customer records
  • Develop monthly sales reports
  • Communicate important feedback from customers internally
  • Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations
  • Stay up to date with new products and features
  • Use accountancy package "SAGE" to create reports, orders / invoicing
  • Maintain sales spreadsheets and customer tracking info
  • Inbound and outbound sales calls
Who are we looking for?
  • Previous experience with Sage Accounting would be an advantage
  • AAT qualification or in training
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently or in a team
  • Creative approach to problem solving
  • Great communication skills
  • Good knowledge of MS office
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Can commute to Corby
