Administrative Assistant London, England
Job description
The applicant needs to be an experienced admin person who can help the management team with scheduling and diarising appointments for the 'on the ground' team, material purchasing, book keeping and invoicing, payroll and general admin. We would prefer someone with experience with Xero accounting software, and basic CRM's. They need to be able to manage a team and their tasks remotely and preferably have a good general understanding of the maintenance business.
The role may include other responsibilities that can be discussed later down the line.
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 16-24 per week
Salary: £150.00 per day
