Accept Recruitment is currently looking for Admin for our Client based in Sharpness, Berkeley, GL13.
Daily duties:
- Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and documentation.
- Manage inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service and effectively addressing inquiries.
- Maintain and update records, databases, and spreadsheets.
- Collaborate with team members.
- Support the team with any ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Previous administrative experience is essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft packages, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Own transport essential due to location.
Shifts and rates of pay:
- Monday - Friday
- 08:00 - 16:00
- £11.00ph
