Role Outline

As an Administrator you will report to the CRO & General Counsel ensuring key objectives are achieved.

To support the Legal & Compliance department by performing administrative duties and to work comfortably under pressure with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

To ensure success, the administrator should be detail-oriented, exercise sound judgement and must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen interest in providing purposeful support to the relevant department/s.

Duties and Responsibilities

An Administrator is responsible for ensuring that an office is organised and that daily tasks are completed efficiently. Administrators Assistants have a wide range of duties to complete, and they must be willing to take on extra administrative tasks as and when required by colleagues and managers. Their primary duties and responsibilities include:

Managing company correspondence, including phone calls, emails, and letters

Performing data entry roles, including updating records and databases for personnel, financial and legal information

Scanning, photocopying, and filing documents

Conducting research and compiling data upon request

Creating, editing, and updating spreadsheets

Skills and Qualifications

Exceptional leadership, organisational and time management skills

Presentation skills and customer services knowledge

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

Proven experience in a related role such as Office Assistant, Receptionist, or other relevant position

Knowledge of computer programs used in daily office administration functions such as word processors, spreadsheets, and specialised office management tools

Proficiency in filing and paper management, including the ability to manage business correspondence and the ability to handle confidential information

Excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to research and an aptitude for helping other people.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £22,000.00 per year
