Job description
Our client who is a small but every growing Mechanical and Electrical contractor are looking for an Admin Assistant. You should have some experience within the construction industry, especially the M&E industry.
You will be required to carry out all administration duties, such as, but not limited to:
- Data input
- Invoicing
- Filing
- Managing emails
- Answering all incoming calls
- Dealing with suppliers
- Booking and arranging meetings
Eventually you will also be involved with the accounts department, assisting the accounts manager with all aspects involved with the accounts.
You will be working 8 hours per day for 5 days a week. This is a temp to perm role, once you have completed your first three months probation, you will then be taken on permanently by the employer.
