Minster in Challow is recruiting now for a Sales Specialist to join the team. This role is 100% Account Management based working with an allocated portfolio of current customers, where you will develop the relationship and become a true, trusted partner to our customers.

There is some specific knowledge and experience we are looking for from suitable candidates;
- Some knowledge or experience of working with building materials and products would be preferred
- Experience of working in B2B sales
- Passion for building long term customer relationships
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 7.30am – 5:00pm
Our Sales Executives are an important contributor to the performance of the business and to ensure our customers have a positive experience with us. As this role has a strong focus on sales, we are looking for someone who loves building relationships with Customers and proactively generate sales both face to face and over the phone. To support our customers effectively you will;
- Get to know our product lines and services in order to make the most of all customer interactions
- Increase our sales portfolio within the local areas to achieve Branch targets
- Proactively develop great relationships with new and existing Customers, understanding their needs to provide advice and solutions
- Meet our customers face to face to develop customer relationships
- Build awareness of local market competition; keeping us at the forefront of our industry
