Band 7: £24,054 - £26,845 pa (FTE pro-rata for part-time)
1 x 30 hours per week (Actual salary: £19,503 - £21,766 pa)

We are looking for a proficient and experienced Administration Officer to join the Department of Health and Wellbeing’s Adult Services Admin Team.
Working as part of a team of Administration Officer’s, you will assist in the provision of flexible, efficient and professional business support to the Safeguarding Adults team and the Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub. You will work sensitively and with discretion to deal with queries and concerns and accurately gather information relating to vulnerable adults. You will arrange, attend and minute complex meetings working to preset deadlines. The role requires working in a fast-paced and, at times, challenging environment, therefore strong team working, prioritisation and time management skills would be beneficial.
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years general office experience, including using computerised databases and spreadsheets.
