Salary: NJC Band G scale point 19 – 23 £27,852 to £30,151 pro rata (term time only) 45 weeks

The Governors at Bramley Sunnyside Junior School are seeking to appoint an Administration Officer and Attendance Lead who is friendly, professional, enthusiastic and hard working.
Responsibilities will include managing a wide range of administrative and organisational processes within the school. They will also be responsible for school attendance working closely with the head teacher and senior leadership team to monitor trends in attendance and absence data. This is a key role in the school and offers the successful candidate the opportunity to be part of a vibrant and successful team.

The successful candidate will:
- Have experience in managing attendance, preferably in a school setting but transferable skills will be considered.
- Have excellent communication, problem solving and negotiation skills
- Have a high standard of IT skills
- Be a strategic and innovative thinker
- Have the ability to work accurately and quickly with confidential and sensitive information
