D&H Developments are looking for an administrative assistant to join the team at our Dundee premises. This is a part-time/flexible role, hours can be discussed at interview.
Experience in Sage 50 accounts, processing of Sales and Purchase ledger transactions is essential. An aptitude for Office 365 programmes would also be an advantage.
Daily duties will include:
Entering of Sales Ledger invoices into Sage Accounts
Entering of Purchase Ledger invoices into Sage Accounts
Maintenance of Purchase Invoice database
Matching of credit card receipts to credit card statements, and posting into Sage Accounts
Dealing with all enquiries and passing on to Director as required
Dealing with PAYE
Administrative duties which include but are not limited to filing, reconciliation of accounts, end of year tax return.

Part-time hours: 18-20 per week.

- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
- Sage 50: 1-2 years (preferred)
- Previous experience of working in an office in environment is preferred.

Ability to commute/relocate: Hybrid working is in place however you will be required to commute to the office in Dundee at least once a week.
