About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll:
- Be the first point of contact for our new and existing mortgage customers, providing an exceptional level of service each and every time
- Complete full eligibility checks for all customers before passing them onto one of our qualified Mortgage Advisers for bespoke advice
- Handle queries ranging from prospective customers looking to purchase their first home through to existing mortgage customers looking to secure a new rate
Career development is important to us which is why we're proud to have supported many of our Customer Service Representatives through a CeMAP qualification, who are now successful Mortgage Advisers.
Please Note: This role is office based.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Excellent communication, engagement and listening skills
- Previous experience of working in a customer service or sales environment
- Ability to work within agreed parameters and to make operations decisions
- Good PC and administration skills
- Excellent attention to detail
Experience of working in a telephony or Financial Services environment is beneficial but not essential to the role.
