Job description
We require a motivated individual to Support the Unit Administrator in all aspects of administrative duties and to provide a quality clinician rota support to the Directorate Management Team, recording all clinician leave and supporting the new doctors inductions.
It is essential that you are an excellent communicator with good interpersonal skills, being able to work on your own, using initiative, as well as working as part of a team. You should have good keyboarding skills and able to prioritise tasks to enable you to work within a timescale. Experience in taking minutes would be desirable.
In order to meet the needs of the service, the successful applicant will be required to vary the pattern of working hours and will be required to work in a variety of various locations.
