Job description
We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated individual with excellent interpersonal skills, to work as an Administration Assistant within the Multiple Sclerosis nursing team in the Neuro pathway within the Dudley Rehabilitation Service.
The post holder will be responsible for the delivery of administrative support for the Multiple Sclerosis nursing team and DRS Manager
Candidates should possess a professional attitude towards their work and have the ability to work flexibly in a busy environment. You will ideally have experience of working as an administrator and have knowledge of admin processes, practices as well as excell and OASIS / PAS.
You will be required to work as part of a team, as well as being able to use your own initiative and prioritise your workload to meet deadlines.

The role will ensure that the team function in an effective and efficient manner.
To provide effective and efficient administrative support for the Dudley Rehabilitation Service (DRS) especially the Multiple Sclerosis (MS) team. To liaise with the clinicians, patients, and other Health Care services. To provide a comprehensive admin service to the Multiple Nurses and support clinicians in DRS to enable them to focus on clinical duties and provide high quality patient care.
