Job description
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Admin Support Assistant to provide an efficient, effective and quality Admin support service to the Child & Adolescent Mental Health Service. All Admin Assistants are expected to provide cover in similar roles within the service.
The post holder will have National Certificate/SVQ11 or previous experience in a similar role as a minimum. Be fully conversant with Microsoft Word. The ability to prioritise workload is essential, along with an approachable disposition. You will be required to work accurately under pressure and be used to working as part of a team. Excellent communication skills and a flexible approach to the challenges of this role are essential.
Shift pattern will be generally between 08:00-20:00 Monday to Friday. Shift patterns may vary to meet the needs of the service. In order to meet the needs of the service the successful applicant will be required at times to vary the pattern of working hours and work cross-site. Ability and willingness to travel throughout the area of service delivery is essential for this post.
