Administration Assistant
Location – Liverpool Airport
Pay – competitive hourly rate plus excellent benefits
Contract – 18 hours per week
Working pattern – 3 days out of 7, between 0700-2100
As an administration assistant within World Duty Free, you will be responsible for providing efficient stock control and administrative service to support the operational procedures in place. You will effectively utilise our PC systems to deliver exceptional operational standards to our teams and partners within our Airport stores.
What do you need, to be a customer assistant at World Duty Free?
- Organising and conducting stock takes and stock counts
- Delivery/stock transfer discrepancies
- Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety standards
- Managing uniform and staff orders
- Reporting sales figures on an hourly basis
