Think Publicity is looking for a passionate Social Media Content Creator to join our team based at Royal Albert Dock Liverpool.
About the role
The role is responsible for managing social media accounts across Meta, Twitter and TikTok for a number of clients in the hospitality, property, tourism and retail sectors. Candidates should have a genuine passion for social media, strong creative and video skills including editing, and a knowledge of the social media and influencer industry. Candidates will need to demonstrate experience of successfully running a Tik Tok account, and should also be enthusiastic about spotting what trends are next within social and digital, with a strong eye for imagery.
Working alongside the team, you will need to interpret the client’s brief to offer engaging social media and video content, and be able to report on performance using insights.
Key responsibilities:
- Create captivating social content that will drive brand awareness, engagement and sales
- Understand and interpret performance indicators and growth metrics in order to adjust creative for optimising posts
- Monthly reports showing social insights and KPIs
- Confidence in producing and directing your own content when visiting clients onsite
- Work alongside the PR team to brainstorm content ideas
- Identify and communicate with social media influencers
- Adhere to brand guidelines and approval processes
Experience / Competencies:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience creating content
- Experience running a successful Tik Tok account and able to show metrics demonstrating high performing videos
- Experienced in growing social media accounts and able to demonstrate a portfolio showing engaging posts and videos
- Very driven, enthusiastic and proactive
- Strong attention to detail, reliable and responsible
- Flexibility to work on a variety of projects and ability to change tone of posts and style of videos to suit client brief

Salary: £19,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
