Administration Assistant - Immingham Based
Wood is recruiting for an Administration Assistant to join our Operations & Maintenance business on a permanent staff basis.
The opportunity will ensure full time clerical and office support on a major ongoing Oil Refinery Maintenance contract at our client site in Immingham, undertaking weekly manhours reconciliations between various system to ensure all hours have been captured and transferred for processing.

Key responsibilities of the role will include:
- Timesheet collation and entry to a high level of accuracy
- Comparison of hours recorded in timesheet database compared to PLOR gate report and investigation of any anomalies
- Managing any payment queries and following through to resolution in a timely manner
- Arranging visitors and inductions in the client system
- Managing the end to end to process for new hires on our client site and any leavers
- Providing general administration support to the management team as and when required
- Managing the holiday booking system for all site Wood personnel
- Report and update absences in our occupational health systems
- Liaising with client regarding time writing queries as requested by the Team Lead at site
- Organise and replenish stationary and office supplies

Expected:
Previous experience in an administrative, finance or office assistant role- The individual must be confident in a stand-alone role with flexible attitude and enthusiastic manner
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Experience with SAP systems would be beneficial but not essential
- Demonstrated ability of time management skills
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills
- Strong team player with excellent organisational skills and can-do attitude plus attention to detail
- Ability to manage a high volume of work and prioritise
