Job description
Occupying three beautiful campuses (Whiteknights, with its early 19th century planned landscape, London Road with its formal gardens and ceremonial Great Hall, and Greenlands, Henley-on-Thames, with its riverside garden landscape) the unique “University within a Park” setting of the University of Reading is an inspiring place to come to work.

As part of its continuing strategy to enhance project delivery at the University, the Estates Department is looking to recruit a dynamic, self-motivated individual to provide high-quality administrative support for the Project Delivery Team. The post holder will be responsible for proactively liaising with colleagues in Estates, Finance and Procurement, as well as other University stakeholders, external consultants, and suppliers, to ensure that critical project information and finances are managed efficiently throughout the course of each project.
Support will be provided to the Projects Director and Project Leads in the creation, collation, checking and analysis of financial data and other project information, including managing the Capital Projects Review process. Advice on the correct use of the project delivery methodology will also need to be provided to Project Team members, consultants, and customers alike, so good communication skills and a high standard of customer service will be essential.
