Administration Assistant - Leigh-on-Sea - ARD901399
We’re on the hunt for a talented Administration Assistant to join Thames Underwriting. This roles sits within the Commercial division which comprises of Commercial Combined, Property Owners, General Liability and Leisure risks. This role will provide support and assistance to Underwriters carrying out a variety of administrative tasks as required.
What you will do as Administration Assistant:
This is an overview and not an exhaustive list of responsibilities.
- Complete quotation and policy schedules
- Data entry and production of reports and spreadsheets.
- Completion and checking bordereaux for consistency and accuracy.
- Answering the telephone / speaking to brokers and insurers.
- Organising and maintaining diary system.
- Handle general enquiries
Who we are looking for in an Administration Assistant:
This is an opportunity for an organised individual with previous administration experience with a keen eye for detail who can prioritise their own workload and assist the team in managing theirs. You will be computer literate and have experience of using both Microsoft Word and Excel.
