Hours: 40 per week – Monday to Friday within the hours of 08:00 – 18:00

Robert Heath specialises in providing Mechanical and Electrical services to multiple stakeholders. We are currently engaged in long term contracts with Housing Associations and Local Authorities covering over 100,000 properties across the UK completing service and response, heating and renewable installations, electrical service, and others.
We have an exciting opportunity for an Administration Assistant to support on our service and response team working directly with the MOD contracts in the south Southeast. Working with theOperations Manager the successful candidate will play an important role in managing the day-to-day scheduling and operations for the service and response team.
Overview of role
The purpose of the role is to act as the focal point of contact for our MOD client, providing a high level of customer service, scheduling, and operational liaison. You will have experience in PPM and response, customer service from a previous administration role.
Main duties and responsibilities
· Scheduling FOW with customers.
· To take ownership of the administration of response and service contract whilst co-working on various other contracts to ensure high levels of cooperation and knowledge within the team.
· Answer inbound customer calls relating to repairs and servicing for all clients in a courteous and professional manner.
· Ensure engineers are given full information to enable them to complete their jobs i.e., details of works, drawings and plans etc.
· Answer customer queries and take ownership of any issues arising through to completion.
· Update jobs using the main customer database and complete any associated administrative tasks as necessary logging information accurately and concisely.
· All associated ad-hoc administrative duties
General
· To always maintain confidentiality and to ensure respect for, proper observance of and adherence to Robert Heath’s confidentiality policy.
· To take all reasonable care of the health and safety of her / himself and of other persons who may be affected by her / his acts or omissions.
· To work at any other Robert Heath location as and when required.
· To undertake any other duties which are consistent with the post.
