Administration Assistant
Full-time 37.5 hours a week (Monday - Friday, occasional flexibility on Saturday might be required)
Salary from £20,450 depending on experience
The role
We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our Bookings Team at Ashtead Hospital.
This is an extremely busy role liaising with patients, consultants and all hospital departments. We need an individual with a professional approach, excellent verbal communication skills, initiative and the ability to work within a team. You must be computer literate – experience with Word and Outlook being essential. Previous use of an Electronic Patient Record system would be an advantage.
Responsibilities
Liaising with patients by phone & letter
Booking appointments
Liaising with consultants and their secretaries
Ensuring timely completion of appointments onto EPR system
Scanning & auditing of patient information
Preparation of clinics
Maintaining clinics on the EPR system
Booking appointments
Reception duties as required

Excellent organisational skills
An excellent standard of computer literacy to include experience in Word & Excel
