Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Manage and maintain office documents, files, and records
- Assist with clerical duties such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings
- Utilize Xero and Dext software for basic bookkeeping tasks - training provided.
- Provide general administrative support to the directors.
- Manage and respond to emails and other correspondence in a timely manner
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative role preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Dropbox
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles is a plus

We are offering between 10-16 hours per week across a minimum of 2 days. Hours of work will be flexible and you will have the option of work from home or our premises (you will need to visit our premises at least once per week to collect paperwork).
