JOB TITLE: ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Familiar with the use of MS Office package.
- Book travel arrangements / Visas application where necessary on Concur.
- Diary management.
- Expenses claim for manager(s) i.e. scan and submit for approval.
- Fill in the Credit Card Log / P.O and make sure we have all receipts.
- Update the ECS Working Distribution list with new starters and leavers.
- Raise a GSD ticket to add any new starters and leavers.
- Transport and Couriers bookings.
- General administrative support.
