Job description
Responsible for administrative tasks within the HR Department.
As HR Administrator it is your responsibility to ensure accuracy of administration tasks, filing of documents and accuracy of reporting.
Supporting Aberdeen and Denmark HR.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Administration duties:-
- Handling of general HR queries from personnel and external sources
- Monthly reporting of absence, recruitment and leavers
- Drafting of Employment letters and offers
- Tracking of Employee medicals and arranging appointments
- Drafting of reference & invitation letters
- Uploading of training certification
- Arranging of interviews and providing feedback to candidates
- Minute taking at various meetings – Interviews, Disciplinaries and Grievance
- Tracking of performance reviews
- Keeping of electronic personnel files up to date
- Assisting with payroll processing when required
- Preferable experience of Aviation industry.
- Must be careful, meticulous and attentive to detail
- Advanced Word, Excel and Powerpoint skills
- Must be able to obtain a basic Disclosure Scotland Certificate.
