About the role
Role: Administration Assistant (Customer Field Services Team)
37 hours per week, Permanent
Salary – Up to £26,289 - depending on experience
Essex. Hanningfield, Chelmsford.

Our Customer Field Services team are currently looking for an Administration Assistant to join them. Reporting to the Area Manager, you will provide support to a team of Operational staff including; Leakage Technicians, Noise Loggers and their Managers. Duties will include updating Excel spreadsheets, producing/printing paperwork for technician work packs, sending equipment for repair/servicing, raising jobs and other general administration duties.
This is an opportunity to join a friendly team in a beautiful office where there is plenty of free parking. To be successful in the role you will need to have familiarity of working with Microsoft packages such as Word and Excel. To compliment the use of these packages it would be beneficial if you had good literacy and numeracy skills. The role can be fast paced so the ability to work to tight deadlines is essential whilst maintaining strict attention to detail.
