Job description
The post-holder will have day to day liaisons with the administration team, assisting with their admin needs.
Key responsibilities include support the booking process of the patients' clinics, ensuring clinics are fully utilised as per policy. Processing efficiently the incoming of referrals meeting the Trust targets.
Answering the telephone and making outbound calls.
Assisting with post, loading documents on to systems. Checking electronic discharge summaries for the team. And any other admin tasks in the directorate.
There will be occasions that you will need to assist the receptionist in directorate.
