Job Title: Workforce Deployment Administration Assistant

Trust Location: Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust

About the Trust

We provide mental health and learning disability care for people across Norfolk and Suffolk. We support a population of just over 1.6 million people and employ more than 4,700 staff. Our biggest bases are at Hellesdon Hospital, Norwich, Wedgwood House, Bury St Edmunds and Woodlands Unit in Ipswich but our staff are based in more than 50 locations.

What you’ll be responsible for:

· Maintain filing system associated electronic recording system(s).

· To undertake any other appropriate tasks as requested by the managers.

· Record accurately all appropriate information on electronic recording system(s).

· Assist with the production and distribution of correspondence and literature associated with electronic recording system(s).

· Respond promptly and courteously to all calls.

You’ll learn the following whilst working at the trust:

· An in depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in working within the NHS.

· Knowledge of the systems used, to effectively complete your role to the highest standard at all times.

· A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisation.

You’ll have the following skills/experience:

· System knowledge - Databases/similar systems

· NVQ2 Customer Services or equivalent experience

· Excellent IT skills

· Excellent organisational skills

· Excellent communication skills

· Excellent telephone manner

· Microsoft Office package knowledge e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel
