Legacy Wills & Estate Planning Ltd is currently looking for an Office Administration Assistant to support our Administration Departments. This role involves general administration duties such as:
· Sorting and sending the Post daily
· Replying to customer via email and Phone to resolve queries
· Contacting 3rd Parties for Updates on documents
· Printing and binding documents
· Filing
· Data input
The ideal candidate will have administration or office based experience along with a positive attitude towards work and must be able to work on their own initiative.
Problem solving skills and working to deadlines will be key skills for this job opportunity. Coupled with a confident telephone manner when dealing with clients.
The role is office based and full training will be given to the successful candidate to ensure they are comfortable and can be successful in the role.
The hours of work will be: 8:45am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday (36.25 hours per week) with 1 hour for lunch each day.
Interview Process:
You will be required to complete a telephone interview if you are shortlisted. If you are successful at the telephone interview stage you will then be invited to attend a final interview at our offices.
