We are currently searching for an experienced and reliable person to join our team, on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for day to-day admin tasks and supporting the CEO & COO. Typical tasks include:
- Creating/sending invoices, chasing for payment, creating new customer records
- Supporting with the development of marketing materials, create and manage marketing campaigns, relevant social media posts
- Supporting the team with providing estimates to potential clients, creating proposal documents, RFI/RFP responses, creating/managing response repository
- Adding new web pages and up to date web content, maintain web relevance and presence
- Posting new job ads, identifying advertising channels, dealing with initial responses, writing job descriptions, working with management to organise interviews, producing offer letters
- Adding new leads and sales data into systems, keeping relevant systems up to date and generating required reports
- Administrative and planning support for relevant industry events
- General administrative duties including online filing
The key skills and attributes of the successful candidate:
- Strong written and spoken (English) communication skills, comfortable contacting a senior-level audience (Essential)
- Experience (min 2 years) in a marketing / admin role (Essential)
- Experience working within a project management office environment (ideal)
- Experience with Legal / Legal Technology (Ideal)
- Comfortable working from home and able to work uninterrupted during working hours
- A natural ability of attention to detail and innate organisational skills
- Self-motivated with high levels of enthusiasm
- The ability to manage a sizeable workload and work to tight deadlines
- The ability to pick up new processes and procedures quickly with a strong can-do attitude
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with CRM systems would be advantageous, but training will be provided
- Speaks one or more foreign (non-English) language (Ideal)
