Job description
Jackson's Hub Ltd are a private mortuary looking for an Admin Assistant to help with general office duties. The successful candidate will be working 2 days per week - this can be flexible (but one day must be a Thursday to assist Admin Manager).
These include but are not limited to:
- Filing and storage of all paperwork related to the Company
- Data input and logging of information onto Excel spreadsheets
- Monthly invoicing
- Handling of sensitive and confidential information (use GDPR compliant practices)
- Managing incoming emails
- General tidying and cleaning of office area
The ideal candidate should be:
- Professional, helpful, flexible and have an eye for detail
- Have experience with Microsoft Excel and Outlook Email
- Have great organisation skills
- Have good time-management skills
- Have previous experience with data entry and filing (but full training will be given)
- Comfortable working in a mortuary-based environment
