We are looking for a Administration Assistant to join our team in Yeadon, Leeds to deliver a specific project.
Responsibilities
- Answering calls, dealing with queries or directing calls
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Booking client meetings
- Populating Anti Money Laundering Database from documents already on file and checking Clients ID
- Checking and updating Clients Engagement Letters
- Assisting with Booking in Clients records onto the Accounts system
- Calling/emailing clients to ask for missing information
Requirements
- Good and accurate input skills
- Attention to detail
- Good communication skills by email and telephone
- Ability to remain focused on job in hand
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary: From £10.50 per hour
