We are recruiting for administration assistant to join our team. The successful applicant will work as part of a dynamic team, supporting client relationships, both online and in print!
Currently working in our Belfast office on the Lisburn road.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Maintaining the CRM System, updating customer records.
- Following up queries and purchase orders
- Contacting clients by phone and email to answer queries and obtain information
- Supporting events and sales on administration
Essential skills and experience:
- Must have: Minimum of 2 years' experience in office/admin role
- Driving licence
- Experience of using Xero (payment platform) Not a necessity
- Great phone manor and writing skills
- Experience delivering great customer service
- Experience building supportive relationships with colleagues, clients and creating a positive working environment
- Computer literate
- Helping to manage accounts

What we offer:
