Job Description
- Utilise company systems to process sales invoices and receive purchase invoices, entering up details onto systems and categorising correctly. Basic level of finance assistant experience would be very helpful.
- Assist with taking payments over phone or allocating banking payments.
- Setting up of customer/suppliers on system
- Front of house duties - Receptionist, phone answering duties - ensuring a positive and bright reception to incoming calls
- Assisting with sales order entry
- Receive and manage post
