Administration Assistant
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Ince & Co. as an Administration Assistant where you will join a dedicated and impactful team. The Administration team provide efficient and essential administration support to the office and wider Group, working with other teams locally and across the Group to ensure smooth running operations.

Role Responsibilities
Administrative Assistant duties to include but not limited to:

· Processing incoming post and courier items in line with company procedure including scanning items to the relevant person on a daily basis

  • Process print, photocopy, scanning and finish requests within given deadlines whilst maintaining high quality output
  • Opening and archiving client files

· Finish documents using wiro, laminating, folding and guillotine

· Ensure quality, consistency, productivity and delivery levels are met

· Maintain a high standard of direct communication with staff at all times

  • Scanning and dealing with the post for the office
  • Ad hoc office duties where required
  • Reception duties including client meeting and greet and basic client hospitality
  • Ensuring meeting rooms are clean and presentable after each use
  • Managing booking of client meeting rooms.

Person Specification

  • Well presented, professional and articulate
  • Self-motivated and able to work autonomously and pro-actively through remote management
  • Proven ability to multi-task
  • Demonstrate the ongoing use of initiative
  • Proven ability to prioritise and manage a varied workload
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability communicate professionally and respectfully with all you interact with
  • Able to demonstrate experience liaising pro-actively with third parties professionally
  • Excellent time management, organisational and administrative skills
