Gower College Swansea is one of the largest colleges in Wales with a strong reputation for high quality teaching and learning. We have six campuses across the city with over 4,500 full time learners and 10,000 part time learners. The role:

The role will be dedicated to supporting the Essential Skills delivery team and assessors, enabling smooth organisation of ESW delivery and examinations for apprentices.

  • Full-time, 37 hours
  • Permanent
  • £21,408 - £22,232 Per Annum
  • Jubilee Court, Fforestfach

Key Responsibilities:

  • Logging and following up all enquiries using the appropriate system
  • Checking learners are registered, enrolled and have completed the mandatory WEST Initial Assessments within 8 weeks
  • Organise staff resources and learner bookings for off-site delivery

About you:

  • Level 3 in Business Administration
  • OR equivalent
  • Experience of working in a busy administrative office
