Gower College Swansea is one of the largest colleges in Wales with a strong reputation for high quality teaching and learning. We have six campuses across the city with over 4,500 full time learners and 10,000 part time learners. The role:
The role will be dedicated to supporting the Essential Skills delivery team and assessors, enabling smooth organisation of ESW delivery and examinations for apprentices.
- Full-time, 37 hours
- Permanent
- £21,408 - £22,232 Per Annum
- Jubilee Court, Fforestfach
Key Responsibilities:
- Logging and following up all enquiries using the appropriate system
- Checking learners are registered, enrolled and have completed the mandatory WEST Initial Assessments within 8 weeks
- Organise staff resources and learner bookings for off-site delivery
About you:
- Level 3 in Business Administration
- OR equivalent
- Experience of working in a busy administrative office
