We are recruiting for an Administration Assistant to be based at our Aberdeen Facility.
Duties include but not limited to daily office duties assisting the distribution supervisor.
· Create pressure test certificates and labels.
· Allocate Orders.
· Despatch Orders.
· Send and Create Purchase Orders.
· Run office when supervisor is off.
· Arrange couriers for orders when needed.
· Price check purchase order acknowledgement.
· Contact suppliers if any issues with purchase orders.
Qualifications / Experience
· Good communicator.
· Ability to work under own initiative and prioritise workload.
· Good organisational skills.
· Track record of working well within a team environment.
· Quality focused.
Desirable Experience:
· Sage 200 experience
