Overall purpose
To offer an excellent proactive front line service and carry out administrative/clerical duties to support the department and the Business Account Managers.
Key responsibilities
Achieve individual, team and Company Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)
Build and maintain exceptional working relationships with all customers.
Promptly and courteously answer all incoming calls.
Work closely with the Business Account Managers to increase sales and to achieve targets.
Process orders in line with Company procedures.
Maintain the database ensuring that contact details are accurate and kept up to date.
Input quotations discount in line with Company margins.
Ensure that the student kit set up process is in line with company procedure.
Perform admin duties.
In the absence of any team member, cover their priority tasks where possible to ensure efficiency of the department.
Undertake any specific projects as defined by the College Administration Manager.
Maintain ‘good housekeeping’ standards, ensuring tidiness, safety and good working practices are adhered to, in order to meet statutory health and safety requirements.
Personal indicators
All calls are answered promptly and courteously.
Orders and quotations are accurately produced.
Efficient, accurate correspondence is produced.
Product codes for assemblies are correctly set up.
