Job description
The candidate will work directly with two partners and provide support to other members of the team as and when required. The candidate will assist in the day-to-day administration of the office, including tasks such as: filing, processing incoming and outgoing post, dealing with deliveries and couriers, opening files, diary management, answering phones, billing, greeting customers to the office, managing the waiting area and meeting room, client onboarding and preparing bundles for Court.
The candidate should have a minimum of C / 4 grades at GCSE English and Mathematics. Persons with law degrees or looking to qualify as a solicitor need not apply. The candidate should also ideally have:
- Some administrative experience. Experience of working in the legal industry will be an advantage but is not essential.
- A professional telephone manner.
- Excellent administration/office skills.
- Good communication skills.
- The ability to work well as part of a team.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to work efficiently.
The position will be open to a candidate who wishes to work full-time or full-time. Full-time working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm.

Salary: £24,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
