Job description
Responsible for:
Administrative tasks for Specialist Services areas of the business; covering Driving education, Paramedic Provision and Event Medical Cover.
Working with the Head of Specialist services, working towards an effective business unit providing high-quality services.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Administration of paperwork ensuring relevant documentation is collated and submitted in a timely fashion.
Communicating with learners to submit documentation back.
Communicating with staff in recruitment or already employed to assist with compliance.
Uploading and storing of information.
Adherence to checking tasks and documentation approval / rejection in line with compliance requirements.
Utilization of digital / online systems as per training pathway requirements.
Assisting with compliance and quality systems.
To implement and maintain efficient administrative systems and processes and deliver a professional and responsive Customer Service.
