Available Job Today As part of our programme of expansion, an excellent opportunity has become available for an Administration Assistant with initiative, passion for service and who is a strong team player to join our highly regarded Company based in Mansfield.
Full time Hours - Permanent contract
Immediate Start (dependant upon notice period)
Hours of business are Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm
The Role:
The purpose of this position is to provide administrative support to departments by carrying out a wide range of duties that will include collating of documentation, photocopying, scanning, faxing, filing, postal duties and other administration tasks upon request with flexibility to work in any of our offices at short notice that is dependent upon business needs.
You will also be expected to provide reception cover if/when absences occur and will be required to create a great first impression by demonstrating a clear and professional telephone manner with the ability to take and relay clear messages in order to provide an excellent representation of our Company.
To be considered for this opportunity you must have:
- A minimum of 5 GCSE Grade C or Grade 4/5 or above including English and Mathematics;
- The confidence to deal with legal professionals and teams;
- Be highly organised, adaptable, reliable and conscientious;
- Ability to use your own initiative;
- Ability to work within a team;
Ability to prioritise work; - Strong organisation skills;
- Committed to meeting deadlines whilst remaining calm under pressure.
- Possess a clear and professional telephone manner;
- Possess excellent all round communication skills providing good customer service;
- Possess excellent computer skills;
- Attention to detail, great customer service skills and ability to create a great first impression is essential to this role.

Salary is National Minimum/Living wage.
