Administration and Packing Assistant
Apache Shops LTD
Daily Duties:
We are looking for someone to join our friendly team here at Apache Shops LTD. We are a women's fashion brand who are in need of some help as the business is rapidly expanding.
We are seeking to appoint an administrator to provide administration services for the wider team at Apache Shops LTD. The role of the post holder is to insure that all administration functions are carried out in a timely manner to reduce delay.
The role will be varied and dependent on a day to day basis. We are looking for a self motivated, highly organised individual who is an excellent multi tasker.
You will need good communication and administration skills to ensure that all task are carried out efficiently.
Duties include:
Checking the sale of products through the website systems.
Stocking/Organising all products.
Sale and Customer service.
Administration of order invoices and delivery labels.
Checking courier system to see if there are any updates/ ongoing issues that need to be resolved.
Daily communication/ meetings with manager.
Collecting, preparing and organising all orders that need to be shipped out.
Parcels to be separated between different couriers ready for collection.
Cleaning and maintaining the store floor and warehouse space.
Monitoring inventory.
Communicating with customers over the phone, answering all questions they have about products and the store.
Keeping aware of what types of products are in the store and making recommendations to customers.
Deferring to store management when a customer issue proves too difficult to handle alone.
Following procedures like dress code, customer etiquette, safety regulations, and other precautions and requirements.
Engaging in appropriate behaviour at all times, representing the business in a positive light.
Processing returned items.
Completing tasks as delegated by a superior such as a floor manager.
