Admin Team Coordinator (band 4) Wheelchair Service

Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust has an exciting opportunity become available for an Admin Team Coordinator (Band 4) within our Wheelchair Service based at Newfield House. We are looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic individual to line manage admin staff and ensure the smooth running of the admin office. You will need to be self-motivated with excellent communication and organisational skills.
Who we’re Seeking: Applicants with line management and supervisory skills.
The post holder will need to provide oversight to the roles of the administrative staff in the provision of a comprehensive administration & data co-ordination support service, supporting the Senior Admin Lead. You will be acutely aware of maintaining confidentiality and you will be used to managing many competing priorities on a daily basis. We are looking for individuals with a positive approach to change who are supportive of service improvements.

The role is pivotal in line managing admin support across the department therefore, it is essential you have previous experience line managing staff and you also need to be competent in delivering advice and support to staff. You will be expected to use your own initiative and able to work unsupervised, undertaking specific project work as necessary. You will be expected to plan and manage a range of complex duties, organise own work and that of others to meet deadlines and respond professionally to enquires both internally and externally to the organisation.
