Admin Support

We are currently recruiting for an Admin Support professional to be a part of our team to provide administrative services to the members of the UK General Insurance (GI) Analytics Team.
This role could be ideal for you, if you enjoy working collaboratively with other teams, comfortable with making recommendations for and take action to implement procedural improvement where relevant.
A bit about the job:
As the Admin Support, you will provide a professional administrative support service to UKGI Analytics team to help the department run as efficiently as possible. Working as part of the team, under minimal supervision, you will provide an efficient administrative support service to the team for change activity as required, track issues and support Data Governance requests. This is a varied and stimulating role, as you will also provide support with managing and scheduling workstream, project and programme meetings, scheduling workshops and associated logistics, along with monitoring staff FTE lists, vacancies, expense payment/Kiosk invoice payment and cost tracking related activity.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- Good knowledge of Word, Excel and Powerpoint and ideally working knowledge of Jira and Confluence
- Previous experience in an Admin role
- A methodical and organised approach to work
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team member and across multiple teams
- The necessary skills to carry out actions with little supervision and consistently deliver high quality support
