Overview
Firstway Solar is seeking to hire an experienced Administrative and Marketing Assistant for a full time role based in their Crystal Palace office.
Responsibilities
- General office admin including the management of online and physical records
- Diary Management of the Executive Team
- Management of the company’s online profile – including website and social media content
- Assisting with the production of marketing materials and presentations
- Production and distribution of client facing documentation
- Experience of marketing, customer service and administrative functions
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Salary is c.£30,000 pa, flexible for the right candidate.
