About the Role
South Street Surgery has a fantastic opportunity for an admin and data entry assistant to join our friendly and committed access and training team. The role is offered for 3 days a week, Monday and Friday are essential and the 3rd working day can be either Wednesdays or Thursdays.
- inputting of clinical rotas to the surgery system.
- maintenance and uploading to our internal communication network.
- to be involved with any improvement projects.
- communicating with all departments relating to any daily schedule changes.
- monitoring and updating the access department's policies, processes, training information and spreadsheets.
About the Candidate
If you are a well organised person, who thrives in a busy working environment where no two days are the same, we'd love to hear from you.
Computer literacy in Word and Excel is desirable, however training can be provided.
Some flexibility is required as you will sometimes need to work additional or alternative hours to cover for colleagues.
