Job description
We are looking for enthusiastic, highly motivated and innovative individuals to join our Pre-Operative Assessment Unit supporting the busy nursing team. The role being an Admin & Clerical Officer who will support the nursing staff by requesting case notes from different areas in the Trust to ensure that patients receive a safe and effective pathway and that all of their information is available for their appointment. This role will also include reception cover, sending referrals between different consultants particularly Anaesthetics and other administrative duties.
You should have excellent communication skills, the ability to work as part of a team but also take initiative and the enthusiasm to provide a fantastic service. Experience of the NHS Careflow System is desirable but not essential.
