Call Centre Assistant
Store: Specsavers Lichfield
Hours: Full Time – 37.5 hours OR Part Time 3 full days (Saturday working is essential for both)
Benefits: Discretionary Bonus after probation, Specsavers Perks after 6 months, and free car parking
Salary: Dependant on experience
Previous Customer Service experience is required!
Previous Optical knowledge is desireable but not essential.

We’re looking for someone with experience in customer service with strong communication skills, who is good with people, has an organised approach & a willingness to help – a friendly, polite and professional approach is essential.

- Answering all telephone calls in a prompt, clear and friendly manner
- Transferring calls efficiently
- Responding to customer enquiries
- Ensuring customer details are captured accurately when booking appointments
